Last Friday I had the pleasure of attending the new CINE AW ’13 collection launch by plastic vegan shoe giant Melissa Shoes at their M Dreams Sydney store. The story itself smells exactly like the shoes – delicious candy sweetness with heels, boots and flats lined from every wall. I immediately got pulled into the hypnotic sparkle of the new J. Maskrey x Melissa flats. Encrusted with Swarovski crystals, they come in two versions: a normal jelly flat or jelly sandal – I prefer the latter. Definitely a shoe I’m putting on my wishlist, I decided to choose the deliciously feminine Jason Wu x Melissa lace ‘ultragirl’ flats for practicality, wearability and aesthetic chicness.
I also particularly loved their Spikes heel which not only are incredibly comfortable to wear (as all of their shoes are) but are so sexy and chic! If you haven’t popped into the store yet, you must check it out if only to try on a few shoes and be surrounded by candy.
