Michael Lo Sordo‘s spring summer 2011/12 collection showcased at RAFW and was by far one of the most stunning, ethereal runway shows I’ve ever experienced. This latest collection comprised of white, pale pink, pale blue and hints of blacks and greys with a mix of texture and materials of silk and tulle – every element of the collection coveyed tailored elegance and chic luxe.
What made this one of my favourite shows for RAFW would definitely be the modernist take on the glamourous woman. Michael Lo Sordo’s SS11/12 collection was a little bit grecian, a little bit feminine, a little bit masculine and a lot of modern. Michael hit the mark and gain a standing ovation by the fashion crowd clearly defining and cementing him into the Australian fashion industries elite designers. I can’t describe how much I enjoyed this show! Bravo!!
