Dhini, one of my favourite designers and also is a great friend! I was delighted to have attended her show, its so nice to see designers who appreciate you for what you do as a blogger.
Dhini’s latest collection called Birth both symbolised and explored a new beginning which is further conveyed through the reoccuring print of butterflies throughout the collection.
There is still that distinct Dhini signature tailored yet soft aesthetic as well as her use of delicate, soft materials however I feel like this collection is stronger and more elaborate. This can be seen especially when looking at the designs from all angles (front, side, back) and you can see amazing attention to detail. Not afraid to push the boundaries, Dhini’s opening dress was sheer and soft yet was structured and complimented the female body – it’s sweet and sexy and one of my favourite pieces from the collection!
